London & North Western Railway Shield c1922

A fine example of a London & North Western Railway locomotive/carriage shield transfer which has been applied to a livery brown painted wooden board.

We believe that it was made around the period of 1921-1923 when the Railway Companies were being amalgamated, for hanging in the office headquarters.

There are a few scuff marks on the board, but the transfer is in good condition.
