WWII German M36 Sergeants Tunic

A genuine World War Two German M36 Feldwebel's (Sergeant's) tunic in mint condition with little or no wear. The tunic is made of the summer lightweight herring bone twill, which has been tailored to have the dark green woolen collar.

The collar insignia and breast eagle are bevo woven grey on green. The silver ribbon braid denoting an NCO is machine stitched around the edge of the collar.

The shoulder boards are to the rank of Feldwebel and are piped in red for artillery. The button are held by split rings to enable easy washing. The loops for the ribbon bar indicate four to five awards. The inside is ink stamped with the maker's mark ..West Rol.., size numbers and date seems to be 1940.

The tunic is around a size 40" chest.
